“Incredible organisation and logistics coordination by Kokoda Crossing. Amazing support pre trek plus during the trek and all done with an incredible wealth of knowledge and sense of humour. If you’re considering taking on Kokoda track, then hit these guys up. Experienced, great medical support (not just a first aider), exceptional local knowledge with contacts and amazing history of WW2. I have never cried so much on a holiday and loved every minute. Life changing, inspirational... thank you Kokoda Crossing.”

“The Kokoda Trail with Travis from Kokoda Crossing I would highly recommend his services and team. Everything was planned (even training sessions prior to departure) with such precise detail and first hand expertise that safety on the trail was never a concern. Travis possesses a huge wealth of knowledge relating to the Kokoda Trail and its history, which he readily and passionately imparts every step of the way, thus ensuring an informative and emotionally charged journey along the Trail. If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable and passionate guide to lead you on a truly exciting and memorable journey along The Kokoda Trail, then you cannot overlook Travis and his team at Kokoda Crossing.... 10/10.”

“Having previously served in the army myself and with a keen interest in Australian military history, trekking the Kokoda Track had been on my bucket list for years and I finally completed it with Trav and his team at Kokoda Crossing in October 2019.
From the time I signed on, the admin, logistics and physical training support provided by Trav was excellent. It took any apprehension out of the individual planning and set a solid foundation for smooth sailing from start to finish.
The hard work Trav has put in to making it the best experience possible really became apparent after arriving in country and starting trek. His hand picked porter team were outstanding throughout and were tireless in taking great care of us. The depth of knowledge passed on by Trav along the trek was well researched and it is obvious he is passionate about passing on the history of the Kokoda campaign and telling the stories of the men who suffered, fought and died throughout it.
Overall it was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend Trav and his team at Kokoda Crossing highly enough.”

“What an incredible experience I had the privilege of sharing with a group of sensational people in October 2018. Travis supported our group since the day we decided to do 'Kokoda'. In the lead up Travis took us on training treks, answered many a question, and continually encouraged the group if at any stage our confidence wavered heading into the unknown. The Kokoda Crossing team of porters were wonderful people whom helped all complete the track. They sang and laughed with us; and encouraged the team when needed. Travis, your knowledge of the Kokoda Campaign is outstanding. In particular hearing the words of our diggers via their diary entries and talking about the battles that occurred right where we were at the time ... it was such an incredibly emotional experience. I cannot fault Travis and his team on all that is required to organise and carry out such a trek. I will never forget this incredibly moving experience and our group will share a bond with Travis and his Kokoda Crossing team for the rest of our days.”
